Whatever you eat indirectly body will grab it and reacts accordingly. Understanding food relations, qualities which balance or aggravate doshas. You should be very much aware whether fruits or food you are taking is oily or dry , liquid or solid, light or heavy, heating or cooling. Food can aggravate or can balance doshas. By planning your diet you can choose between right and wrong foods to pacify or balance your doshas. Below recommendations are just a generic guidelines it does not means you strictly follow them.
Season is also a great factor combining with fruits to aggravate or balance doshas. Generally summer is called a season of Pitta, which is not good for Pitta body type people who takes hot food at this time. Similarly autumn season is for Vata body types and winter is for Kapha body types people.
For dual doshas types extra care should be taken. For example Vata-Pitta body types should avoid Vata increasing foods without increasing Pitta too much in autumn and winter and minimize Pitta provoking foods in the summer.
