Vitamins are important part of life but we just ignore them usually. Diseases never born at an instant, it takes years of bad servicing to our body. Any of the vitamin deficiency leads to an ailment, syndromes, unfortunately human is liable for their loss of vitamins. some loss of vitamins shows result at early stage and some after a long time. some other factors are also to affect our vitamins and minerals that cannot be ignored like heredity, environmental causes, bad food habits. whatever may be the reason ultimately human always pay for that. i always pray for your good health. eat healthy live healthy.
