Vitamins Continued…

Vitamins are important part of life but we just ignore them usually. Diseases never born at an instant, it takes years of bad servicing to our body. Any of the vitamin deficiency leads to an ailment, syndromes, unfortunately human is liable for their loss of vitamins. some loss of vitamins shows result at early stage and some after a long time. some other factors are also to affect our vitamins and minerals that cannot be ignored like heredity, environmental causes, bad food habits. whatever may be the reason ultimately human always pay for that. i always pray for your good health. eat healthy live healthy.

Vitamin B13 provides strength to liver, provide longevity. Food sources are whey and root vegetables

Vitamin B15 provide strength to immune system, nerves, asthma, heart, cholesterol, alcohol craving, longevity. Food sources are sesame seeds, whole grain, pumpkin.

Vitamin C deficiencies caused heavy mental poisoning, bleeding gums, adrenal weakness, cellulite.

Food sources of Vitamin C are barriers, leafy vegetables, milk, potatoes, lemon, amla, citrus fruits, whole grains.

Loss of Vitamin D cause                bones, weak hairs, weak teeth. Food sources of vitamin D are dairy products, dark green vegetables, butter, whole grains, sunlight, flax oil. Benefits of Vitamin D are provide calcium and phosphorus to make bone, nails, teeth strong, prevent from Inflammation or infection of the outer membrane of the eyeball and the inner eyelid.

Vitamin E deficiencies are mental poisoning, adrenal, nerve, muscle weakness, dry skin. Food sources of Vitamin E are butter, milk, soy, green vegetables, nut , seeds, whole grains, vegetable oils.

Benefits of Vitamin E are prevent from blood clotting, fatigue, bad cholesterol, burns, anti-aging, lungs, cancer, the ability to endure an unpleasant or difficult process or situation without giving way, prevent blurry vision, high blood pressure, miscarriage, cramps, prevent from a progressive disease that destroys memory and other important mental functions, strokes.

Vitamin F deficiencies are malformed tissues, intestine disorders, cystic fibrosis, hypertension, yeast infection, heart diseases, female disorders, cholesterol, skin disorders. Food sources are nuts, vegetable oil, avocados, seeds. Benefits of Vitamin F are weight loss, prevent from heart diseases, skin diseases, hair problems, cholesterol, x- rays.

Food sources are green vegetables, soybean oil, safflower oil, milk, yogurt.
